Who operates Cyre
Cyre is operated by Cyre. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@cyre.com.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Cyre, we process account details such as your name, work email, organisation and login-security information; workspace settings; companies and relationship records you choose to upload; opportunity workflow and commercial outcome information; billing identifiers from our payment provider; and technical security logs needed to operate the service.
Public business information
Cyre also processes public business information from sources such as Companies House. Public-source records are used to identify and explain business signals. Cyre records source provenance so customers can review the basis for an opportunity.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, verify business accounts, operate customer workspaces, rank and explain opportunities, maintain relationship monitoring, provide billing, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve the reliability of Cyre.
Customer relationship data
Where a customer uploads a client, prospect, target-account or referral list, Cyre uses that information within the customer's workspace to provide relationship intelligence. A customer's relationship label does not itself become evidence of buying intent. Customer relationship data is not used to create another customer's relationship graph.
Service providers
We use carefully selected service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments and other infrastructure needed to operate Cyre. They receive only the information required to provide their service and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly in the Cyre application database. Cyre stores the billing identifiers and subscription state needed to manage access and account status.
Security and retention
Cyre uses controls including secure sessions, email verification, login throttling, CSRF protection and additional verification for privileged admin access. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of information you have provided. Contact privacy@cyre.com to make a request.
Marketing and outreach
Cyre customers remain responsible for deciding whether and how to contact a business and for complying with applicable direct-marketing, privacy and professional rules. Cyre does not automatically send prospect outreach on a customer's behalf.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Cyre, its suppliers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown above and, where appropriate, by notifying account holders.
