1. About Cyre

Cyre is a business intelligence service operated by Cyre. It helps professional-services firms review public business signals, known commercial relationships and customer-entered outcomes.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and only allow authorised members of your organisation to use the workspace. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. What Cyre provides

Cyre prioritises information using documented scoring rules, public-source evidence and information supplied by your organisation. Scores, timing indicators, suggested actions and draft outreach are decision-support tools. They are not guarantees that a business will buy, respond, qualify or generate revenue.

4. Human review

You remain responsible for deciding whether to contact a company, what to say, whether the information is relevant and whether your intended use complies with applicable law and professional obligations. Cyre does not automatically contact prospects on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Cyre for unlawful marketing, harassment, deception, unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, bulk spam, or to bypass opt-outs and suppression requirements. You must not attempt to access another customer's workspace or interfere with the service.

6. Customer data

You retain responsibility for data you upload, including relationship lists and commercial outcome information. You confirm that you have the right to provide that data to Cyre for the purpose of operating your workspace. Cyre does not treat an uploaded relationship as evidence that a company is ready to buy.

7. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider at the price shown before checkout. Subscription changes and cancellations are managed through the billing controls made available to your account. Unless otherwise required by law, fees already charged for a billing period are not automatically refundable merely because the service was not used.

8. Availability and changes

Public data sources can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Cyre may change data sources, features and limits as the service develops. We will not intentionally substitute fictional opportunities when a live source is unavailable in a production customer workflow.

9. Intellectual property

Cyre, its software, interface, scoring presentation and product materials remain the property of the service operator and its licensors. Customer-provided data remains the customer's data, subject to the rights needed to provide the service.

10. Liability

Cyre is a decision-support service and does not provide legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business decisions made solely from a score, suggestion or public-data signal without appropriate professional review.

11. Ending the service

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal where available. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, the platform or comply with law, including for misuse or non-payment.
